I am a Postdoctoral Prize Research Fellow in Sociology at Nuffield College, University of Oxford. I am affiliated with the Leverhulme Centre for Demographic Science at the University of Oxford, and the Practical Causal Inference Lab and Social Inequality Data Science Lab at UCLA.
As an interdisciplinary computational social scientist (*), my research focuses on the social determinants and the stratification consequences of intelligence (individual, collective, and artificial) and learning (of humans, animals, and machines). Methodologically, I develop tools to help researchers to credibly and transparently identify causal relationships in complex social settings.
